The moment has come that all the foreign badminton players arrive at the “Fanny Blankers-Koen park”. After a long journey they finally will meet their host families and go home with them.

The Public Relations and Communications Team (Dorien Dees, Krijn Hoetmer and Paul Leenders) cordially welcomes all players to Almere. We are responsible for the site, photos, videos, press releases, broadcasting and many other things.

You all will have access to the Internet and we even have 4 webcams that you might use. The webcams will be given to the Teamcoaches/coordinators. So, we have a PC available with Internet access and a webcam for Denmark, England, The Netherlands and for Germany/Sweden. The latter share this pc.

The first photos and videos will be on the Internet Sunday afternoon. This website will be accessible after the Youth Games for quite a while to give you the opportunity to download everything you want back home. And dont forget to send a message to your next of kin to visit the site daily.
